🚚 Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to most areas within the United States!
→ Shipping Time: Once the order has been successfully placed, the order is then immediately processed and prepared for delivery. The order is then picked up by our freight carriers estimated on the next business day. The shipping generally takes 5-10 business days after processing.
→ Delivery Locations: Please provide a valid street address (P.O. boxes are not supported).
→ Additional Costs: Freight charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Contact us for details.

Upgrade your delivery with White Glove Service, designed for convenience and ease!
What’s Included:
→ Delivery to your chosen location inside your residence or business.
→ Full assembly of your massage chair.
❗️Important Details to Note:
→ Additional Delivery Time: Delivery takes 1-2 weeks longer than the standard delivery lead-time.
→ Non-Refundable Service: White Glove Service is a one-time service that does not cover returns.
→ Inspection Required: Please inspect and test the product before signing off. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off the completion of service.
