Shipping Rates & Policies

Confirmation Email

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Then please confirm your order information by email as soon as possible. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email us for help at:  support@relxmassage.com.

Free Shipping

Once the order has been successfully placed, the order is then immediately processed and prepared for delivery. The order is then picked up by our freight carriers estimated on the next business day. Generally, the shipping time is approximately between 5-10 business days.

We currently only ship in the United States. Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes).  In most areas, the shipping is free. For certain areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, freight is not free, an additional cost may apply. Please contact us if you are unsure about the additional costs.

All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive UNASSEMBLED in its original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.

White Glove Service

White Glove Service (WGS): With white glove service, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery need to add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead-time of delivery. Please choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service.

*All White Glove Services is a onetime service that is non-refundable nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off the completion of service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Massage Chair has been picked up by our freight carriers and is on the way, we will email you a copy of the invoice along with the tracking information. You receive your tracking number within a few business days, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time and estimate your scheduled delivery day.
