- Which areas are eligible for free shipping?
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping is free for most areas; however, additional charges may apply for certain locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you are unsure about the costs for your location, please contact us for clarification.
We offer free curbside delivery. If you require inside delivery, please purchase the WGS service. Thank you!
- When can I expect to receive my online order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete. After the order has been processed, delivery timelines are as follows:
California: Approximately 3-7 business days
Other States: Approximately 7-14 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our team works diligently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Can I order a massage chair and schedule delivery for a later date?
Absolutely! Once your order has been placed, please contact us at support@relxmassage.com, and we will assist you with scheduling a convenient delivery date.
- What conditions should I be aware of for massage chair delivery?
To qualify for delivery, your location must be accessible via an elevator or on the same floor as the loading/unloading area.
If elevator access is unavailable (e.g., the item does not fit, or building management denies access), we will evaluate whether the massage chair can be safely carried via the staircase.
If the delivery is deemed hazardous (e.g., the item is at risk of damage on narrow stairways or passageways are obstructed) or otherwise unfeasible, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. In such cases, re-arrangements will be made, and additional charges may apply.

Important Notice: Customers are required to provide precise measurements prior to delivery, including the width of doorways, hallways, and staircases, as well as any potential obstructions such as tight corners. While our delivery team will make every effort to position the massage chair in your preferred location, we cannot guarantee placement if the space is insufficient or access is restricted.
