RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return Policy

  • We are passionate about our products and 100% committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind all our products with a 30-day return policy
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, minus a flat fee of $250. Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made.
  • We make your return easy → There are no restocking fees or hidden charges; customers will only be responsible for a flat fee of $250, which would be the total cost if you wish to return your massage chair. There are no other fees if the massage chair with all the accessories is returned in its original packaging, with no visible marks, damage, or unauthorized modifications. 
  • Please simply reach out our Customer Care Team via support@relxmassage.com or call 1-949-600-2278 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required for your return. 
  • The customer is responsible to disassemble the massage chair and pack it in the original packaging. The carrier will come and pick up the chair. Additional charges will apply if packaging is not returned with the product.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, only manufacturer warranty service will be available. *Please see the Warranty Policy for details.*

Return Instructions

Before returning any item for refund you must obtain a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Please email support@relxmassge.com with invoice number, date of purchase, original purchaser name, the product you wish to refund, the serial number, and reason for refunding.

If eligible you will be supplied with an RAN, which may take up to 72 hours. Please ensure this number is clearly visible on the external packaging to avoid your product being rejected.

RANs are only valid for 15 days, after which you must re-apply so we can re-assess your eligibility.

Please pack the massage chair carefully to prevent damage, enclosing a copy of your proof of purchase and contact details. The massage chair must be returned, together with the original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and where appropriate any free gifts should be included or the cost of these items will be deducted from the final refund amount.

**If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully reselling condition, inclusive of full packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 15% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will process refunds within up to 10 business days after receipt of the product.

Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Exchange Window: You can exchange your massage chair for another model within 30 days.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees.
  • We also offer an exchange of a new unit within 30 days if deemed unrepairable or defective by our service team to the point replacement is needed. 
  • Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective chair, it cannot be returned. 

Cancellations

We typically ship the order next day. If you cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be responsible for: any shipping costs and 3% credit card processing fee.
